This notice explains what information is processed when you use this website or send a project inquiry, why it is needed and what rights you have.

2. Information processed
The website processes only information needed to answer inquiries, operate securely and understand anonymous usage:
- Inquiry data: email address, optional phone number, project type, message and any optional budget or timing information you submit.
- Communication data created while answering your inquiry and, if cooperation follows, information needed to prepare and perform the engagement.
- Short-lived technical data used to prevent abuse. The inquiry endpoint uses a network identifier for rate limiting in server memory for approximately ten minutes.
- Anonymous website analytics described below. Form contents are never sent to analytics.
3. Purposes and legal grounds
Inquiry and pre-contractual communication
To answer you, understand the requested work and take steps at your request before entering into a contract. The legal ground is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.
Website security
To prevent spam, misuse and attacks. The legal ground is the controller’s legitimate interest in operating a secure service under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Anonymous measurement
To understand which pages and actions are useful and improve the website. The legal ground is the controller’s legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
4. Analytics and cookies
The website uses Umami Cloud. Umami does not place analytics cookies, does not use cross-site tracking and does not store directly identifying information. It records aggregate information such as page paths, referrers, device and browser type, approximate country and named website events. A visitor session is calculated from rotating, anonymised technical signals. Inquiry contents are not included.
5. Service providers and recipients
- Brevo carries the inquiry as a transactional email processor.
- Umami Cloud provides privacy-focused website analytics.
- Hosting and infrastructure providers process technical data only as needed to deliver and secure the website.
- Public authorities may receive information where disclosure is required by law.
6. International transfers
Some providers may process information outside the European Economic Area. Where this occurs, the provider must rely on an applicable adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses. Umami states that its Cloud infrastructure operates in the EU and the United States.
7. Retention
- Inquiry and related communication: for the time needed to assess and answer the request, then no longer than three years after the last communication unless a contract or legal duty requires longer retention.
- Temporary anti-abuse rate-limit records: approximately ten minutes in server memory.
- Anonymous analytics: for the retention period included in the active Umami Cloud plan; the data is not used to identify individual visitors.
8. Your rights
Subject to the GDPR conditions, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability of your personal data and object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may also complain to the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection. No automated decision-making or marketing profiling is used.
