Service — interactive product experiences

Let people explore the product instead of asking them to imagine it

Product configurators, 3D showrooms and interactive presentations for products that need more than a gallery and a paragraph.

The right format depends on the decision the customer has to make. They can build a variant, walk through a range or understand a complex offer step by step — from one link, in the browser, on the devices they already use.

Brands and manufacturers whose product needs to be understood, explored or configured
Where it runs

Three ways to put the product in someone’s hands

The format follows the buying decision. It is not 3D for its own sake.

Product configurators

Customers build a valid variant, see what changes and send a complete specification instead of a vague inquiry.

3D showrooms

A product range as a place people can enter from a website, campaign, sales call or trade-fair screen.

Product and material check

A focused check when the real risk is whether a specific model or material will look right and run well on screen.

Change the upholstery and accessories. Watch the model and demo price update. On a real project these options, prices and rules come from your product data.

A full implementation can connect the same experience to your catalog, pricing, CRM, e-commerce checkout or inquiry workflow.

Built for real products and real constraints

The Obalero landing page: an iMac on a studio desk showing one drinks can as a bare wireframe beside the same can fully rendered — the platform’s whole promise in one frame.

A reception hall inside a 3D pavilion for doctors: a glazed space in a snow field, a filmed presenter behind the desk and information panels floating in the air.

Medical AR

Sanofi AR

  • Mobile application
  • Augmented reality

Two commercial augmented-reality applications turning medical product presentations into interactive 3D experiences.

When interaction earns its place

A strong fit

  • Customers struggle to understand variants, scale, materials or how the product works.
  • The same explanation happens repeatedly in sales calls and quotations.
  • The product is difficult or expensive to show physically across markets.
  • There is a clear action after the experience: inquire, configure, order or book a meeting.

Probably not the answer

  • A good photograph and a clear page explain the product faster and cheaper.
  • There is no stable product, content or decision for the interaction to support.
  • The only goal is to have something in 3D.
  • The expected value does not justify preparing the product data and assets.

If a simpler website, film or photo shoot will do the job better, that is the recommendation.

How working together runs

  1. 01

    Definition

The customer decision, product rules, inputs and device constraints are made explicit.

  2. 02

    Working prototype

The riskiest interaction is tested early with a real product inside.

  3. 03

    Build and management

The useful version is launched, measured and expanded only where the evidence supports it.

Before choosing a format

Do we need to know which format we want?

No. Bring the product, the audience and the decision that is difficult today. The format follows from those three things.

No. Interaction can be a guided interface, product builder, comparison or spatial experience. 3D is used only when it explains or sells the product better.

Usually yes. A focused experience can be embedded or linked without rebuilding the whole site; deeper data and order integrations are scoped separately.

That is checked before the main build. The focused product and material check is available when asset quality is the main risk.

Yes. The preferred route is one product, one customer decision and one working proof before the experience grows.

What should people be able to do with your product?

Describe the product and the decision customers struggle with. The first conversation identifies the smallest useful experience worth building.
