Sanofi AR

Medical AR · 2020

Two commercial AR applications that turned routine pharmacy sales presentations into engaging interactive experiences.

The Ibolex 200 mg key visual: the pack, a single coated tablet and a cut diamond on brushed steel, under the claim “Méně je více!” — less is more.

Solution

Two Unity/Vuforia applications — Essentiale AR and Ibolex AR — turned medical themes into simple interactions: one visualized healing a liver, while the other guided the user from breaking a stone to applying a glowing diamond to relieve the character.

My role

End-to-end technical delivery except graphic design: architecture, Unity/C# implementation, Vuforia tracking, interaction logic, animation integration, testing, production builds, GitLab workflow, store deployment and administration.

Team & collaboration

Václav Štrobl owned application architecture, Unity development, animation, builds and store operations; the second team member supplied graphic design.

Constraints
  • Reliable image tracking and smooth real-time 3D on mobile presentation devices.
  • Complete production builds, store deployment and ongoing store administration.
The app’s mode picker: Desktop AR to stand the model on a table, Floor AR to stand it on the ground, or plain 3D where no surface can be tracked.
