Questions recruiters usually ask
Which roles are relevant?
Senior Full-Stack, Frontend and Product Engineering positions, plus creative-technology and 3D-heavy product roles. Mentoring, technical audits and light team leadership make sense too — as long as hands-on engineering stays part of the job.
Employment or contract?
Both work: standard employment, contract cooperation on my own IČO (business ID 06550037), or a scoped project delivered end to end.
Remote, hybrid or on-site?
I work remotely, with hybrid time in Prague when a team needs it, and I travel for kick-offs, workshops and key milestones. For an exceptionally strong offer, relocating within Europe is open to discussion.
When can you start?
Availability is agreed per engagement — current client work is handed over cleanly, so realistic starts are within weeks rather than months. Ask for the current date.
Are references available?
Yes. Public production sites, a walkthrough of the architecture and decisions behind any case study, and client references are available on request; NDA work is discussed in general terms only.
How do you use AI in engineering?
As tooling across analysis, prototyping, automation and visual production. Everything shipped is reviewed, tested and owned by me — AI never signs off production quality.
